Empowerment of the Employee is an effective techniques for increasing their productivity and optimal use of their individual and organizational capacities for achieving organizational goals. The point is that, if we lack creative, knowledgeable, adaptable and problem solving employees in our working set, we may lose lots of opportunities and facilities. Therefore, in order to get along with globalization, it is necessary to nurture people and replace some employees to be able to continue the path of growth and development; all in all, future belongs to those who have planned and designed goals to achieve it. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the status the factors and to identify the factors and indicators playing roles in the empowerment of employees of a special military organization. Furthermore, the research is also intended to measure the favorite indicators and to prioritize them. After analyzing the factors and indicators mentioned by the experts, a questionnaire was prepared to identify the factors affecting employee empowerment, which was distributed among the employees and the managers of the organization. Subsequently, the research findings revealed that all eight factors of motivation (self-motivation), effective training, performance-based reward, transformational leadership, dynamic organizational structure, participatory management, authorization and information sharing were effective indicators in employee empowerment, and were positively and significantly related to empowerment. Furthermore, some suggestions are presented for future research.
