Presenting an interpretive structural model of production boom strategies in Iranian industries

Abstract

The aim of this study was to identify the factors affecting production growth strategies in Iranian industries. Therefore, at first, the literature on the subject and domestic and foreign research were conducted in depth to extract the basic principles and previous studies on the extraction of key factors during library studies. Then, a questionnaire including 18 indicators affecting production growth strategies was provided to the members of the expert group. 10 experts were asked to rate each indicator on a scale of 1 to 5 Likert. Then the average scores of each index were calculated. If the average index score is less than 3, it will be deleted. The results showed the confirmation of 15 indicators. The ISM interaction network was then identified using the ISM technique. The research model consisted of 5 levels, the fifth level in which the strategy of improving the production planning system (C3) is the most effective level and the level 1 in which there are 5 strategies is the most effective level.At the end, some appropriate implications have been presented.
