ارزیابی میزان نهادی بودن سازمان با استفاده از فرایند تحلیل شبکه‌ای در محیط خاکستری

چکیده

با توجه به اهمیت روزافزون مدیریت نهادی تاکنون ابزار مناسبی برای ارزیابی میزان نهادی بودن سازمان با در نظر گرفتن تمام معیارها و وابستگی‌های درونی و بیرونی سازمان بیان نشده است. سازمان نهادی علاوه بر داشتن بعد ارزشی بالا، انطباق‌پذیری و انعطاف‌پذیری خود را در تمام حالات حفظ کرده و به‌صورت مستمر در حال رشد و تعالی می‌باشد. در اکثر مسائل واقعی انواع مختلف وابستگی‌های بین عناصر موجود در مسئله از جمله وابستگی بین معیارهای تصمیم‌گیری وجود دارد به همین دلیل فرایند تحلیل شبکه‌ای (ANP) که قادر به اعمال کلیه وابستگی‌های عناصر موجود در مسئله می‌باشد، برای پاسخگویی به این نیاز مطرح شده است. با بهره‌گیری از تئوری خاکستری، اطلاعات کیفی و غیرقطعی خبرگان نیز در این تحقیق لحاظ می‌شود. در این مقاله با توجه به معیارهای نهادی بودن سازمان از منظر هفت اس مکنزی، با استفاده از فرایند تحلیل شبکه‌ای و تئوری خاکستری، میزان نهادی بودن سازمان، ارزیابی شده و این روش در یک مطالعه موردی پیاده سازی می‌شود. سازمان مورد مطالعه وضعیت تقریباً خوبی نسبت به وضعیت مطلوب نهادی دارد و تقریباً 30 درصد با وضعیت مطلوب نهادی فاصله دارد.

چکیده [English]

Considering increasing importance of institutional management, so far no suitable tool has been presented for assessing the institutional nature of the organization by considering all the criteria and internal and external dependencies of the organization. . In addition to having a high value dimension, the institutional organization maintains its adaptability and flexibility in all situations and is constantly growing and excelling. In the most real world problems, there are different types of interdependencies between the elements in the problem, including interdependencies between decision criteria. Utilizing the gray theory, qualitative and uncertain information of experts is also included in this research. In this paper, the magnitude of organizational institutionalism is evaluated according to the related criteria and based on gray theory and Mackenzie's theory. This method is implemented in a real-case study. The organization under study is almost in a good position compared to the desired institutional status and is approximately 30% away from the desired institutional status.
