Abstract

One of the main components of any supply chain is its distribution network; But most companies do not pay enough attention to the risks of their distribution channels, and this sometimes leads to harmful consequences . Therefore, choosing the right companies in the distribution channels becomes doubly important. The purpose of this research is to identify the risks related to the distributors of KALE company. First, after examining the background of the research and identifying the risks determines the effective risks with the SAATI Delphi method and the opinion of four experts with academic education and relevant experience. Finally, by using the weight of the variables, calculated from the BWM INTERVALL in the EXCELL scored and ranked the distributors with the SAW in the Excell, and after modeling the multi-objective planning and solving the model with the comprehensive criteria method in the LINGO allocated The order goes to any distributor. For the validity of the questionnaire, face validity was used. In this way, the designed questionnaire was given to several experts, and its validity was confirmed. For the reliability of the questionnaire, using SPSS, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated to be 0.87, which indicates the logical reliability of this questionnaire. Research findings show that the most important risk of distributors is market share and the second most important criterion is rules and regulations, and other criteria are in the next ranks. they take. On the other hand, considering the higher score of the second distributor, long-term trust-based cooperation is recommended.
